Our team
Our people are at the heart of the growth Ferretti International.
A dynamic planning, staff organisation structure and an expert coordination team on-site are the engine of Ferretti International’s activities:
- Planning is entrusted to professionals with considerable experience in creating and accomplishing avant-garde construction and technologic solutions.
- Our technical office is in charge of all planning, procurement and coordination activities and dedicated to the site’s operational management.
- On-site management is the responsibility of qualified personnel capable of intervening flexibly in all sorts of operational contexts (geographical locations, types of sites, etc).
Our talented, hardworking and committed people are led by an experienced senior leadership team:
Philip Eakins – Finance Manager
Philip joined Ferretti International in July 2021 after 23 years working in Financial and Business Control and IT Finance Process related roles for a global mining and construction supply and services company.
Philip commenced his career as an Auditor for a 2nd tier Chartered Accounting firm based in Adelaide before moving to a small private practice and then to the public sector as Financial Controller of a private mining and construction supply company.
Philip has been involved in M&A processes, change management, systems implementation and development and has had extensive experience in financial and management reporting.
He has a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy degree, a Diploma of Leadership and Management and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Puga Gopal – HR Manager
Puga joined Ferretti International as Human Resources Manager in February 2022. Puga has over 20 years of experience as an HR generalist and has worked in various sectors across Malaysia and Australia.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Management degree, an Advanced Diploma in Management, and an Associate Diploma in Business Accounting.
Puga is people-focused, performance-oriented, passionate about creating a harmonious workplace and well-versed in IR and HR legislation, policies, procedures, and practices. Puga is experienced in recruitment and is a qualified Return-To-Work Coordinator.”

Troy Stojakovic – Sales Manager
Troy has joint ferretti international as the sales manager in July 2023
He is a qualified machinist / maintenance fitter and spent time both in the workshop and on site, working in the oil, gas, mining , defence and automotive industries.
Troy has further developed his skills in the construction industry, continuing his growth from a draftsman, estimator right through to operations manager and estimating manager for some of the biggest structural steel and metal fabricators nationally.
He has a drive for excellence, best for project attitude and is an out of the box thinker which offers a great advantage to all project stake holders.
Our workshop facilities
Ferretti International’s head office workshop is located at Wingfield near Port Adelaide in South Australia with a full fabrication workshop located in Whyalla. The facility specialises in piping fabrication for the Oil and Gas and Water industries plus the fabrication of pressure vessels, stacks and miscellaneous structural steel. Personnel are experienced in the fabrication of both ferrous and non ferrous fabrication materials including Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex for the process and water industries.
The facility has an extensive range of plant and equipment including pipe bending, T-dril and rolling machinery plus submerged arc welding process for heavy walled vessels. The two workshops enable concurrent fabrication of different materials such as carbon and stainless steel without risk of contamination.
Ferretti International has an experienced workforce of both locally trained employees and experienced tradesmen from overseas. Ferretti International maintains a strong emphasis on skills development with part of our fabrication facility used for in house welder training and our trades apprenticeship training.
Site facilities
To add value to our workshop capabilities and project management staff, we have an extensive range of equipment and facilities available to service the site component of projects, ranging from the transportation for goods and personnel, mobile plant equipment and tools, site offices/workshops and remote accomodation, equipment and storage containers to earthmoving equipment, etc. For project needs and to supplement our own fleet we often use hired equipment to fulfill the project requirements.
